		<description>I'll definitely be reading this!  Good stuff.  For anyone who can find a copy, there's a great book out there called "Red Gold" by Grigori Raiport.  He was the sports psychologist for the Soviet Olympic team in 84 or whenever it was they took home all of the golds.
