Some bagua fighting techniques from a school cousin of mine

Here’s a video from a school nephew of mine, Hanan. He has trained extensively with a senior of mine under Luo Dexiu Laoshi, Zeev Foux, in Israel. Hanan also spent time training in Tianjin, China under Han Fengrui.

It was posted up for comments at and I thought I should post it here as well so some of my students can see how they do Yizong in Israel!

Dude! – How’s med school on the beach?

    Keep circling.

What beach? It’s day 3 and I’m already completely overwhelmed with material. I think if I start circle-walking before class I can avoid some of the impending stress. This blog is also the only source of procrastination I’ve allowed myself to have. Everything so far so good though. I hope the fam’s well and everyone in class is too. Unfortunately, I got to get back to business, but I will shoot you an email soon.
