Snydertwn1 -

I'm letting your post through for now, but...

You didn't introduce yourself and you left no name on your post. Your post itself reads somewhat akin to spam marketing. I appreciate your readership, but would not appreciate spam or the type of juvenile web posts that blanket the internet.

This blog is also primarily for my students, school, lineage and arts. It's not for random promotions and marketing by people I don't know.

This is a general comment for my views on this topic and will apply to all future posts as well.

Thanks.
The Management,
George Wood

Thanks for the info, Snydertwn1. I'm well aware of Jon Hinds' gym, and his company, Lineline USA. They do make fantastic products.

Sinc eyou mention Lifeline, I might suggest you visit the www.lifelineusa.com website for a variety of inexpensive equipment for training. They have some of the best resistance training bands on the market at a great price - in fact I have noticed that many others actually supply Lifeline USA bands in their catalogs.

For core training I have used the Lifeline Deluxe Gym and the Power Wheel. https://www.lifelineusa.com/fitness-equipment-featured-products.html

There are several articles on the site that show research done at universities testing various equipment and how they all stack up. Good comparision chart as well.https://www.lifelineusa.com/articles/fitness-equipment-articles.html

Another good site is www.monkeybargym.com, they focus on natural training, use Lifeline equipment as well as providing some very creative ideas for training on your own thru their online program.

Where I live in Wisconsin, these are some great resources.
