Hahaha! Don’t worry about that George! It probably took that guy a solid hour to get through those. And you could kick his butt anyway!
I’m interested in his over-under grip for those pullups…that he never alternates. I wonder if his left bicep is really huge, and his right forearm.
The pullup burpee is one of my favorites though…
The guys on bodyweightculture.com have all the good burpee vids…

You do know there’s an obvious joke about guys and their right forearms being typically overdeveloped…?
Yeah though, the grip was the first thing I noticed too. There was some comment somewhere about it being so it was easier for him to grab/find the bar with all those reps. Sounds strange to me though. Either way, the dude’s a monster.
