Training for Bagua
Hi Everybody!
George has allowed me to post on the blog. I’m going to put up a “workout of the day” for everyone. I’ll also post miscellaneous training/conditioning stuff.
Comment, write back, work out!
Josh

Josh!
Welcome and thanks for agreeing to help out with posting.
For anyone who doesn’t know him, Josh is an insane dude when it comes to physical training. He’s one of the most fit guys I know, despite some injuries that would have put most of the couch-potato Americans off from working out at all. Beyond his admirable work-ethic and willpower, he has worked as a personal trainer and a strength/conditioning coach.
I’m looking forward to hearing more from you Josh, especially some of your knowledge and philosophy towards training!
Be well and circle on!
George
