Hello everyone!
I’ve been thinking about putting up this blog for students of Zong Wu Men. Of course, anyone interested in good Baguazhang and Xingyiquan training will be welcome to read as well.
I’m going to try it out and see how things go in terms of whether I will be able to contribute enough to it regularly. But if it might help out a few people in terms of getting them to think about certain areas of their own practice, what the arts are about and how to best go about training them, then it will be a good thing.
Contact me directly if you have any questions or requests - george@zongwumen.com
Thanks,
George Wood
